Keeping our work local allows us to maintain a highly skilled team while ensuring our employees can return home to their families each night. Originally founded in 1927 by Robert H. Pinnix, the company was purchased by John Pike Judson in 1985. Since then, Pinnix has remained locally owned and operated in Gaston County. In July 2021, longtime employees took ownership, led by Ron Pantuso, Brad Drury, and Eli Witherspoon. Under their leadership, the company has grown from $865,000 in revenue in 1985 to an average of $16 million annually over the past three years.
