Our daily objective is to assure all employees and subcontractors arrive home safely to their loved ones; and we strive to make this possible by the following:
Constant jobsite supervision with daily completed safety checklists
Weekly safety meetings on the industries top hazards
Providing necessary equipment and jobsite safety training
All employees are required to attend a 10-hr OSHA training seminar. (74% of our employees having attended the 10-hr at least twice)
All supervisors are trained in First-Aid and CPR
Holding employees accountable for identifying and reporting unsafe situations
Zero Tolerance Substance abuse policy
We perform quarterly OSHA mock inspections on all jobsites
