Our dedication & commitment to safety has earned Pinnix multiple jobsite safety achievement awards.

Our number one priority at Pinnix is to ensure all employees and subcontractors arrive home safely at the end of each day. We strive to make this possible by: 

  • Providing constant jobsite supervision with daily signed and completed safety checklists

  • Weekly safety briefings on the industry’s top hazards 

  • Providing necessary PPE & safety equipment, along with thorough jobsite training

  • Requiring all Pinnix employees attend a 10-hr OSHA training seminar. (74% of our employees having attended the 10-hr at least twice) 

  • All supervisors are trained in First-Aid and CPR 

  • Holding employees accountable for identifying and reporting unsafe situations 

  • Zero Tolerance Substance abuse policy 

  • Performing quarterly OSHA mock inspections on all jobsites
